How do I get started?

Recognize that it takes strength to ask for help. Just reach out to us by phone or by E-Mail and we will help you through the process. We will respond to all phone calls or e-mails received anytime between Monday morning and Friday at 5:00 pm within 24 hours, usually much less. Please know that new patient calls and e-mails received during the weekend will receive a response on Monday. During our initial contact, we will want to find out enough about your situation to determine which of our dedicated staff is most qualified and best suited to help you. All information is kept in the strictest confidence.

Often people need to utilize their health insurance benefits to help pay for psychotherapy services. As a courtesy, our billing manager will evaluate and assist in determining what insurance benefits you might have available and what restrictions apply for mental health services. For those who either do not have or elect not to use their insurance benefits, many of our therapists are willing to work on a sliding fee structure.
